This program will equip you to facilitate your organization’s strategic planning process; apply the Cambridge strategic planning discipline; establish locus of control within the system, rather than reacting to external factors; stimulate positive community involvement and support; and develop the organizational capability for continuous creation. Participants are provided with continuing support by Cambridge staff. (3 Days)
This course is designed for school district administrators, especially district planners. The purpose is to train facilitators in both the process and discipline of strategic planning so they can facilitate the development and the realization of their district plan.
